Volunteers are needed to help with equipment. Sign up here to help us out so that we can get all of our set pieces on the field. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Chad Friesleben or Chad Allison.
Buses will begin loading at 7:15 a.m. and will return to the high school around 12:30 a.m. Students should eat a good breakfast before they arrive at the school, and then plan to bring a sack lunch. They will also need money for dinner.
Students need to remember to bring:
Sack lunch
Money for dinner at a fast food restaurant or concession stand
Uniform clothes (black socks, tight fitting shorts, sleeveless shirt)
Anything else they need for their instrument
7:15 am: Load buses
1:15 pm: Royal Brigade Prelims Performance
3:00 pm: Prelims Awards
6:00 pm: Finals (Royal Brigade’s Finals performance time will be based on how the band performs in the prelims.)
9:45 pm: Finals Awards
12:30 am: Return to Northwest
Admission for the Wildcat Classic is $10 for adults and $7 for seniors and students. Children ages 4 and under will be admitted free of charge. Tickets may be purchased on site at the ticket windows on the west side of the stadium.
