We are looking for a crew of parents who can help to design and construct this year’s marching band props (along with the carts to move them). If you’re interested please attend the information meeting on Monday, June 19 at 7:30 p.m. in the Northwest Seminar Room (above the front office suite).

If you are interested in helping build the “set” for the show, the band could definitely use your help…the more hands, the better. There will be jobs ranging from designing to building to painting, so there’s a way for everyone who is interested to help out. The goal is to have all props constructed and ready to go for band camp on Monday, August 7.

Please consider coming and helping make this year’s show as visually impressive as your students are working to make it sound! I
