BOA Iowa Regional Championship
BOA Regional Volunteers - PLEASE READ
Volunteer Sign-In will be in the school’s choir room. Please go there to check in before your shift. Please arrive at the volunteer check-in 15 minutes prior to the start of your shift.
Volunteers, you can come to the volunteer check-in any time and get your wristband for admission to the stadium. It's good for the entire competition, and while we all know who you will be cheering for, there will be some other great bands here as well.
Please feel free to email nwbpopres@gmail.com anytime if you have questions.
JOIN US! Volunteers Needed for BOA on Saturday, September 28th!
This is a huge event for our band, our school, and our community. We are in need of volunteers to help out the day of the event, with props & equipment and with uniforms.
We have 150 volunteer slots available throughout the day that need to be filled - some for students and some for adults. In order to fill that, we need every family in the band to volunteer for at least one shift throughout the day.
We would like at least one person from each student's family to sign up for a volunteer shift. And please feel free to sign up for more than one!
BOA Regional Volunteers
Volunteers, you can come to the volunteer check-in any time and get your wristband for admission to the stadium. It's good for the entire competition, and while we all know who you will be cheering for, there will be some other great bands here as well. Please feel free to mail nwbpopres@gmail.com anytime if you have questions.
If you volunteer at any time, you will be able to get a wrist band to allow you to enter the stadium for free throughout the day. (Tickets are at minimum $25 for one session and $40 for the day, so it's a good deal to volunteer and get in free!) If you volunteer in the evening but want to watch in the afternoon, just visit the volunteer check in and get your wristband. Thank you so much for helping us make this a successful event!

Royal Brigade & BOA Schedule
The Royal Brigade will perform at 3:30 pm.
Students will meet in the band room to dress and should be prepared to move to warm-up (the baseball field) by 2:15 pm. NOTE: To help avoid congestion in the parking lot, please carpool as much as possible.
Complete details about the regional can be found at the BOA Iowa Regional webpage.
This competition is a prelims/finals format. That means that 12 bands will earn the opportunity to perform again at night based on their scores from the day.
Awards for the prelims are at 4:30 and the finals competition begins at 7:00 pm. The competition at this show is VERY stiff, so there is no guarantee that we will perform again at night.
